Register as a Single Runner/Walker - $30.00 ($35 Day of, if available)
Register to Join An Existing Team - $25.00 (Save $5 and be part of a team!)
Register as a Single Runner/Walker + After Party Ticket- $75.00
Register to Join a Team + After Party Ticket- $70.00
How to Register as a Single Runner/Walker:
-Click on the link above to begin registering as a single runner/walker
-Select NEW REGISTER and complete the basic info, address, & additional info needed
-Select ADD ANOTHER REGISTRANT if you plan to add more runners or continue to the next step
-Sign & date the waiver
-Select a t-shirt size
-Option to make a donation to the Kate Shea Foundation or a particular fundraiser or fundraising group
-Option to purchase an After Party Ticket (Save $5 if you purchase your ticket with registration here)
-Review your information for accuracy and enter your CC information to confirm payment
-You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been processed
How to Register to Join or Create a Team:
**In order to set up a team, you must have at least 5 members
**Each member pays a $25.00 entry fee when they register and pledges to raise a minimum of $75.00 more through donations
-Click on the link above to begin registration to join or create a team
Search in the box if you are looking for an existing team OR select REGISTER & CREATE -REGISTER TO JOIN/CREATE A TEAM and complete the basic info, address, & additional info
Select REGISTER & CREATE- REGISTER TO JOIN/ CREATE A TEAM under choose your events
A pop-up will appear if you are registering for a NEW TEAM. Enter your team name (Create or Join a Team Type will stay Bay Head 5k Teams) and you have the option to create a password for your team.
Select Add Another Registrant if you plan to add more runners or continue to the next step
Sign and date the waiver
Select a t-shirt size
Select BECOME FUNDRAISER to set up your team if you are the team creator or individual fundraising if you joined a team.
Enter your individual fundraising info-Name, Fundraising goal, your individual fundraising info- Name, Goal, Add an image, Personalize your message, create a URL that is unique to your page
Enter your Team fundraising info if only you are the TEAM CREATOR-Team name, Team goal, Personalized message
To setup your fundraising page follow these steps:
-Enter your individual fundraiser name
-Your individual fundraising goal
-Create a URL name (We suggest using your last name and campaign. For example, EdsCampaign)
-Enter a personal message or you can keep the message we have in place
-Upload a photo if desiredTo setup your group fundraising page follow these steps:
-New Fundraising Team should be entered under Fundraising Team
-Your Team Name should be displayed from whatever you named it in the previous steps
-Enter the Team Goal
-Enter a personal team message-Option to make a donation to the Kate Shea Foundation or a particular fundraiser or fundraising group (You can always go back to this step and make a donation to your personal fundraising page or a team)
-Option to add a After Party Ticket for $45 (Save $10 if you purchase your ticket with registration)
-Review your information for accuracy and enter your CC information to confirm payment
-You will receive a confirmation email once your registration has been processed and directions on how to share your fundraising page
